A body has been found in the search for a man who disappeared from Airdrie.
Nico McCann was last seen in Whiterigg Place at around 11.15pm on Friday, July 12.
Police searching for the 20-year-old said it was "completely out of character" for Nico to go missing.
Around 1pm on Saturday, July 13, the body of a man was discovered in a wooded area at the rear of Broompark Crescent in the North Lanarkshire town.
He has been formally identified as Nico.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
