A pair of Glasgow motorists have gone viral after being involved in a rammy on a busy road.

It is understood the incident took place on the Clydeside Expressway at Anderston railway station, just before the M8 on-slip recently.

In a video posted on social media, the road rage carnage saw two frustrated motorists engage in a shouting match.

It involved a black Porsche and a white Volkswagen - both of which were SUVs.

In the clip, a man dressed in a high-vis can be seen at the rear of the plush Porsche - which has the driver's door open.

Following that, the white Volkswagen then swings towards the man as the front seat passenger pops out the window and attempts to hit him with an object.

After managing to dodge it, the high-vis road user leaps into the driver's seat of the Porsche as the Volkswagen rams into the side of it.

The black 4x4 then pulled off as the white car closely followed behind it - where the pair drove next to each other before heading separate ways.

Currently, it is unclear what the moment of madness was about or if anyone was injured during it.

Posting the video on social media, the X user said: "People make Glasgow."

The video - which was posted on Tuesday, July 16, has gone viral after being watched 1.5million times.

Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
