Shocking images show a car in flames on a residential street in Glasgow.
999 crews were alerted to the blaze at around 7pm on Wednesday, July 17, on Walmer Crescent in Cessnock.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) sent one fire truck to the scene, where firefighters tackled the inferno.

Luckily, no one was injured during the incident.
In pictures shared in the Glasgow Times Camera Club, the motor could be seen well-alight.
Fire crews could also be seen fighting the fire.
Following it, police have revealed an investigation into the incident is underway.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 7.05pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, we were called to a report of a car on fire in Cessnock Street, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
"Enquiries are ongoing.”

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the SFRS said: "We were alerted at 7.02pm on Wednesday, July 17, to reports of a vehicle well alight on Walmer Crescent, Glasgow.
“Operations control mobilised one appliance, and firefighters extinguished the fire affecting one car.
“There were no reported casualties and crews the scene left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
