Plans have been submitted to convert a former pub in Rutherglen into an office and takeaway.
South Lanarkshire Council received plans to convert the old Stirrup Cup pub on the town’s main street on June 24 and validated plans on July 9.
If successful, the old pub, which is permanently closed, will be changed to make way for a takeaway facility and an office.

No consultation has been carried out for the plans yet.
The deadline for determining the application is September 8.
