Glasgow is set to be hit by a pollen 'bomb' in the next few days.
Temperatures are set to reach up to 22 degrees in the city this week with spells of sunshine.
But the warmer weather also means the pollen count will soar on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Scottish Sun reports.
The higher temperatures allow birch trees to offload pollen into the air, with birch being the main type of pollen in Scotland.

Pollen levels have remained 'medium' around in all regions across Scotland in recent weeks, but the next two days will see 'high' levels.
The Strathclyde area will see pollen levels shoot up to high on Tuesday and Wednesday before dropping to medium levels on Thursday and Friday.
Central, Tayside and Fife had medium levels today which will rise to high levels until Wednesday and then return to medium again at the tail end of the week.
Allergens expert and creator of HayMax allergen barrier balms Max Wiseberg, says: “It will certainly be one of the worst times for hay fever sufferers.
"Many regions of the UK are forecast to have high and very high pollen counts for the foreseeable future. We are definitely in peak hay fever season.”
