A new play area will be built in Glasgow after permission was given.
Children will be able to enjoy a brand-new playground in Wyndford, which will be owned and operated by the council.
Planning permission has now been given to create the facility on Latherton Drive, next to Wyndford Nursery School.

Currently an empty greenfield, the area will be filled with appliances including swings, slides, benches and more.
The proposal also contains the installation of a wild meadow planting bed.
