Part of a motorway near Glasgow will close from tomorrow for almost two weeks.
Overnight upgrades are being done on the southbound M77 junction 4 (Crookfur Interchange) off-slip to the B7078.
This will result in closures from Sunday, August 4 until Thursday, August 15 between 8pm and 6am each night.
This work will involve a single-lane closure on the southbound M77 as well as a full closure of the Junction 4 off-slip.
Traffic will be diverted off the M77 southbound at Junction 5 to the A77 Ayr Road and to Crookford Road, where this diversion ends.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
All roadworks plans are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not ideal.
These works aim to benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety of the carriageway and reducing the need for more extensive maintenance in the future.
