Police are on the scene investigating a broad daylight attack on a Glasgow street.
Officers were seen interviewing witnesses on Bridge Street on Monday afternoon at around 5pm following an assault.
A police vehicle was pictured parked near the India Buildings development while an ambulance was also on the scene.
The force confirmed to the Glasgow Times that they had been made aware of an assault on a man taking place in the area earlier today.
Cops were notified at around 4.05pm.
Details on his current condition are not known.
It is understood that an investigation into what happened is now underway.
