A 'cherished' dragon who was 'pinched' from a Hamilton library has 'found its way home'.
We reported how Libraries South Lanarkshire took to social media to reveal its 'beloved purple dragon' sculpture had been stolen from the Hamilton Town House Library recently.
After revealing the 'cherished' feature had been pinched, the library said its 'absence left a giant dragon-sized hole in their hearts'.

However, South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture has revealed the beloved sculpture 'has found its way home'.
Confirming the good news of its return, they said the dragon's disappearance 'caused quite a stir'.
A spokesperson for South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture said: “Good news!
"The purple dragon has found its way home to Hamilton Library after going missing last week.
“His disappearance caused quite a stir - thanks to everyone who has shown an interest in its adventures.”
