A man has been arrested amid investigations into a former funeral director in Glasgow.
A probe has been ongoing into the firm which operated in the city and Dumbarton.
The force has revealed that a 56-year-old man has been arrested and later released pending further enquiries.
Their investigation continues and officers are urging anyone with information to contact them.
A spokesperson said: "A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into a former funeral directors in the Glasgow and Dumbarton areas.
"The 56-year-old man was arrested and released pending further enquiries.
"The investigation continues and officers ask anyone with information to contact them through 101 quoting reference 1289 of May 2, or use the dedicated email address - Operationkoine@scotland.police.uk"
