A man barred from a Glasgow bookies showed up four times in a day and shouted at staff.
Ayaz Ahmed went to William Hill on Cathcart Street at 1.30pm on September 25, 2022.
Shop assistants at the betting shop were aware that he was barred from there so they approached and asked him to leave. He did.
But at 2.10pm, the 37-year-old came back and was asked to leave again, which he complied with.
He returned at 2.30pm and was asked to leave for the third time. Hearing this, he began to shout and swear.
He told staff: “I am going to batter you” and “you're a p**f, f**k your security team”.
When he finally left, he loitered outside the shop. Employees were alarmed by his manner.
At 5pm, some staff left as their shift ended, others started work and Ahmed returned.
He was again told to leave and he shouted: “I will be waiting”.
Police were contacted.
Ahmed was traced nearby and he was immediately hostile to cops.
When putting him in the police vehicle, he was aggressive towards the officers, shouting and screaming. He was taken to a police station but he continued to be aggressive.
He shouted: "I'm going to b*m your maw".
He was cautioned, charged and released.

Sheriff Patricia Pryce said at the hearing: "He seems to be stable now. You are working with your psychiatrist.
"I note from the report that the only thing I can do is a restriction of liberty order.
"I understand that you have issues but you cannot go around treating people like that. It’s unacceptable.
"You were banned for a reason."
Ahmed was tagged for 15 weeks, forcing him to stay within his Southside home each day between 7pm and 7am.
