An "extensively fire-damaged" villa in Glasgow is to be auctioned for £99k.
The property of Tollcross Road, near its junction with Muiryfauld Drive, has a large garden and is completely uninhabitable.
Auction House has listed the building for development, which could be a family home, upper and lower conversion, or even clearing the plot for alternative development.

According to the pictures, the current house is extensively damaged, the garden is overgrown and unusable.
It is labelled as a risk to health and safety.
But, the listing says the area is "increasingly popular" and has shops, restaurants and parks nearby.
