A banned driver caught swerving on the road while under the influence was jailed for 18 months.
Liam Grant, 32, was snared behind the wheel of a Citroen Berlingo van in Glasgow's Shettleston on March 20, 2024.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard two witnesses stated that the van came face to face with them after moving from a green light.

Prosecutor Lauren Aitchison said: "They saw the vehicle swerving and it narrowly missed them.
"The vehicle swerved on a nearby kerb, colliding with it."
Grant was noted to struggle to get the van straight again and almost collided with their car for a second time.
The police were then called after which Grant "grinded" around a corner, drove on a kerb, scratched a kerb and came to a stop.
Officers noted that there was damage to the vehicle's side wheel and bumper.
There was a strong smell of alcohol coming from Grant who struggled to stay on his feet.
A bottle of Buckfast was then found in the centre console of the van. A blue locking Stanley knife was also recovered from Grant's trouser pocket.
Grant repeatedly refused to do a breath test stating: "I wasn't driving so there is no point."
It was revealed that he was under two driving bans from January and February 2016.
Grant pleaded guilty to careless driving, driving while unfit, driving while disqualified.
He also admitted failing to provide a breath specimen and having a knife without reasonable excuse or lawful authority in a public place.
Ian McCarthy, defending, told the court that the dad-of-two is a joiner who had finished his work when caught with the blade.
The lawyer added: "He regrets his involvement in these offences.
"It stemmed from his problems with alcohol misuse."
Sheriff Joan Kerr stated that the matters were "serious" when jailing Grant.
The sheriff also disqualified Grant from driving for 21 months.
