A new yoga centre could open in Kirkintilloch if East Dunbartonshire Council approves the proposals.
Harper Healing and Wellbeing has applied for permission to convert a unit in Kilsyth Road Workspace into a yoga premises.
The building is currently designated for general business or industrial use, or as a centre for storage or distribution, so the council would have to allow a change of use, designating it as suitable for leisure pursuits.
The plans also include constructing an upper floor extension to create space for a second studio on site.
