A sex attacker who preyed on a woman and three girls has been jailed for 10 years.

Jason Frize targeted the victims during a campaign of abuse between December 2018 and April 2022.

The crimes occurred at a number of addresses in the north of Glasgow.

The 31-year-old sexually assaulted and raped the woman including while she was asleep.

He also tried to rape one of the girls during attacks beginning when she was aged four.

Frize further molested a teenager again while she was not awake.

Jurors went on to hear how the pervert repeatedly sexually assaulted the final young child.

Frize, of the city's Milton, had denied the accusations.

But, he was convicted of a total of five charges after a trial and was on Tuesday sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow.

Regarding the offences - especially against the young victims - Judge Douglas Brown told him: "This abuse was obviously planned and deliberate."

He said one of them had penned an impact statement describing the "serious harm" caused to her which she "continues to suffer".

Donald Findlay KC, defending, today/yesterday told the hearing Frize continues to protest his innocence.

Frize was also put on the sex offenders list indefinitely.
