A lane of a busy stretch in East Renfrewshire is to shut this month.
Eastwoodmains Road in Clarkston is to be closed from Clarkston Toll roundabout north-westbound for approximately 80 metres of thereby for one day.
The anticipated date of the closure is Sunday, August 25.
The lane is being shut so that BT utility works can be carried out on or near the road.
All vehicles will be subject to the restriction except those associated with the works and emergency service vehicles attending an incident.
The alternative route for drivers will be as follows: Busby Road, Mearns Road, Eaglesham Road, Ayr Road and Eastwoodmains Road.
