UPDATE: The incident has been cleared.
A traffic warning has been issued as a motorway near Glasgow has been blocked by an early morning incident.
Traffic on the M77 northbound is currently being affected by a crash near junction 5 Malletsheugh.
The incident involved two vehicles and was reported by Traffic Scotland at around 8.35am on Tuesday.
While motors can pass slowly, Traffic Scotland is warning drivers to take care.
There is currently no timescale on when traffic will return to normal.
