A Mercury Prize-nominated artist will be playing a show in the city this October.
Corto.alto - the music project of Glasgow multi-instrumentalist Liam Shortall - will be heading to Saint Luke's in the East End on October 10.

It comes after corto.alto's debut album, Bad With Names, was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize 2024.
On being nominated, the musician said: “I’m so surprised and in disbelief to be shortlisted.
"It’s been a total dream of mine since I started making music, and I'm so proud to be representing Scottish music."

The album has been nominated alongside the likes of Charli XCX's Brat and The Last Dinner Party's Prelude to Ecstasy.
The winner will be announced during a special ceremony in September.
