A man took pictures of a woman's lower body on a Glasgow train.
Christopher Coleman, 33, was sitting across from a fellow passenger on a service from Queen Street to Bellgrove station on June 3, 2023.
His phone was angled towards her and he took unsolicited images of her lower body area.
He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday after he pleaded guilty to conducting himself in a disorderly manner and taking unsolicited pictures.
The matter was previously deferred for the court to determine whether there was a significant sexual element to the crime.
The procurator fiscal said Coleman took the photographs hoping that the woman would not find out.
She added: "There is no other reason I can see why he would have taken these images on the train, of the lower portion of a woman’s body."

But the Pollok resident's lawyer disputed this.
He said: "What I am submitting is that there is no significant sexual element. His position is reflected in the report.
"Perhaps there was some degree of sexual behaviour but it is not significant.
"Two pictures were taken, one full body and one lower body."
He continued to say that Coleman has no previous convictions and added: "This may have repercussions for his future employment.
"He is in full-time employment, he is in a position to pay a fine."
Sheriff Collette Gallagher stated: "This is about protecting the public and monitoring people.
"I am satisfied that in this case, there was no significant sexual element.
"It is unfortunate that you were not able to provide an explanation. I will take it this is a result of your intoxication.
"I hope that this doesn’t lead you to losing out on employment."
Coleman was fined £800, plus £40 victim surcharge.
