A man has been arrested and charged following an alleged robbery.
The apparent incident took place in the Petersburn Road area of Airdrie on Thursday, August 8.
The 44-year-old man is now due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Wednesday, August 14.
Police Scotland Lanarkshire announced the news on X today.
They wrote: "A 44-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a robbery at a premises in Airdrie.
"The incident happened in the Petersburn Road area on Thursday, 8 August, 2024.
"The man is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 14 August, 2024."
