Cops are hunting for two thugs after a night-time incident in Hamilton.
Detectives say at around 11.10pm on Sunday, August 11, a man was within a property in Clarkwell Road when two men approached the front door and threatened him, before demanding money.
Following that, the brazen duo made off from the scene empty-handed in a dark-coloured car.

Now, cops probing the attempted robbery are urging anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We would urge anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area on Sunday evening, or who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage of significance, to get in touch.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2962 of Sunday, August 11, 2024.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimstoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
