A fully secured industrial yard and building site in Springburn is on the market for offers over £1.25m.

DM Hall, one of Scotland's largest independent chartered surveyor firms, is marketing the industrial site at 60 Hobden Street.

The 4.9-acre site, which is just off Petershill Road, includes a 4,805 sq ft office/training centre and a 7,366 sq ft industrial/warehouse building.

There are also various yard and parking areas, including a vehicle training area at the back of the buildings.

The site is within half a mile of the M8 and a 10-minute drive from Glasgow city centre.

Other businesses in the area include City Building, SWGR Industrial Supplies, Carntyne Transport, and Carrick Packaging.

A closing date for offers has been set for noon on August 22.

Jonathan McManus, a partner in the West Commercial Agency team at DM Hall, said: “This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire an established industrial site extending to 4.9 acres.

“Our clients are seeking offers over £1.25m for the purchase of the Heritable interest.”

Claire Hutton and Mr McManus, both part of DM Hall's West Commercial Agency team, are overseeing the sale process.
