An investigation has been launched following an incident at a block of flats this morning.
The Glasgow Times previously reported that 999 crews were called to homes in Claude Avenue in Cambuslang after a fire broke out.
The incident occurred around 8.15am.

A number of residents had to be evacuated from the premises and two people were checked over by paramedics - however they did not require hospital treatment.
Now, cops have confirmed that enquiries into the fire are ongoing.
Emergency services remain at the scene and members of the public are being asked to avoid the area.
