A Cumbernauld pub is 'uncertain' when it will reopen after a shocking incident.
The Weavers - which is located on Airdrie Road in the town - took to social media to reveal the bar had been 'broken into' over the weekend by a 'gang of youths'.
In the post, the boozer claimed the group had caused damage to both the inside and outside of the premises.
According to the pub, the culprits 'smashed the windows' of the venue and broke into it via its fire door.

They then allegedly proceeded to vandalise the kitchen, smash the beer fonts, and break tables and chairs.
It comes after the bar has been left closed due to a fire which took place earlier this year.
Now, following the break-in, bosses at the local watering hole have revealed the incident has 'further pushed back the reopening date' of the venue.
In the Facebook post, The Weavers said: "So unfortunately we don't have any good news on the progress of the fixing of the fire damage.
"The pub has been broken into over the course of the weekend by a group of youths who have caused damage to both the exterior and interior of the pub.
"They have smashed windows and broken in via the fire door in the beer garden and then proceeded to vandalise the kitchen, smashed the beer fonts and broke tables and chairs before writing their names on the walls.
"The police have been and the forensics are coming in the morning as they have also recovered four knives from the pub which the vandals have been playing with.
"This has further pushed back the reopening date which is uncertain at the moment as it is."
Police have confirmed they were made aware of the incident on Sunday, August 18, at around 6pm.
An investigation into the break-in has been launched.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 6pm on Sunday, August 18, 2024, officers received a report of a break-in at a premises on Airdrie Road, Cumbernauld.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
