A new beauty business has signalled plans to take over an empty unit in one of Glasgow's busiest streets.
Ministry of Laser has started working on refurbishing the empty Bowl unit on Renfield Street. Coming soon signs with the laser hair removal firm's logo have appeared on the windows of the unit.
The former salad bar has been closed for some time on the city centre street which is close to Glasgow Central Station.

In a statement on Facebook, the firm, who operate its clinic on Buchanan Street, said: "So excited to announce that work has finally commenced on our new Renfield Street clinic. Opening this autumn."
Delighted fans congratulated the owner with one saying: "You have came so far and it's amazing to see something so amazing happen to a good person, you should be so proud of yourself."
Another added: "So proud of you and all the hard work that has gone into achieving your expansion."
