Legendary singer Lulu has revealed the name of her latest tour all came about thanks to a hit TV show and its star.
The Dennistoun singer was speaking to fellow Glaswegian Michelle McManus on BBC Scotland's The Afternoon Show when she revealed her last tour called Champagne for Lulu was a term coined by Absolutely Fabulous co-creator Jennifer Saunders.
During their conversation, Michelle quizzed the songstress on why she called her tour Champagne for Lulu.

Michelle revealed: "I think that might be the best name for a tour I have ever heard, Champagne for Lulu, Tell me you came up with that?"
The 75-year-old replied: "Jennifer Saunders came up with it. You know, it comes from Ab Fab.
"My first appearance on Ab Fab with Jennifer, she was at a restaurant with me and she was showing off because she was playing my PR woman and I was disgruntled with her.
"But she wanted everyone to know who I was and that she was with me. She yelled out, 'champagne for Lulu, champagne for Lulu'.
"She kept doing that, it was embarrassing but we thought that was a great idea."
She added: "This is my 60th year in the music business. I'm 75. There's no sign of me stopping but I just don't want to tour the way I used to.
"So I thought I'd do a final tour in the style, well not even in the style that I did it, but you know, my tour just very well balanced out, lots of spaces in between the gigs but it would be the final one.
"And what could we call it? Champagne for Lulu.
"So it was a celebration of my 60 years and I've enjoyed it so much. I specifically chose every song and there were family and lots of friends coming on. It's a pleasure to be doing it again at the end of the year."
Lulu played her final Glasgow show at the Royal Concert Hall in April and announced the new dates for the tour later this year. She will play at Edinburgh's Usher Hall on November 10.
She previously made a cameo on the hit BBC comedy Absolutely Fabulous which was also created by Dawn French.
