Musician John Cale is set to perform in Glasgow next year.
He will take to the stage at the Pavilion on March 24 as part of his UK and European tour.
Cale, who is known for being at the forefront of significant changes in sound and culture, released his second album POPtical Illusion earlier this summer.
The album features the track Davies and Wales which has now been given a music video.
The video was directed by Emmy-nominated Jethro Waters, who also directed the video for Cale's previous album MERCY's track Story of Blood.
Waters said: "Davies and Wales is such a perfect example of the kind of things that only John Cale can do all at once: upbeat, melancholic, happy, shapeshifting, nostalgic, modern, beautiful heartache.
"There is such a melange of feelings packed into this song - his youth in Wales, his time in NYC and California - and I wanted to try and translate that time travel in a joyful, purposeful way."
Cale's music has always reflected the times, whether it be the avant-garde sounds of his Sun Blindness Music or his production work with Patti Smith and the Stooges.
His curiosity about the role of electronics in rock music has inspired countless scenes.
Tickets for the Pavilion gig will go on sale on September 12.
