Loved by generations of locals as well as being a popular tourist spot, The Fountain Cafe has been a fixture in the community of Alexandria since 1961.
Now the chance has arisen for a new owner to take over this community cafe, described as an 'iconic local institution', for offers over £95,000.

The 70-cover cafe is located on Main Street in the heart of Alexandria and is described as a spacious premises with many regular customers that keep on coming back.
Being situated near Loch Lomond, the cafe is also popular with tourists.

Located on Bothwell Street, the Italian eatery is on the market with an asking price of £80,000.
The venue, which has since closed, is located in a busy location near Glasgow Central train station with plenty of passing trade.
