A much-loved pub in East Kilbride is reopening after announcing its shock closure earlier this year.

The Westwood Bar, Function Suites, and Garden - which is located on Redcliffe Drive in the town - has revealed it will be reopening on Wednesday, August 21.

Announcing the exciting news, the venue said the boozer is now under 'new management'.

In May, we reported how the bar announced its shock closure as staff thanked the punters for their support over the years.
