A Glasgow man "frothing at the mouth" bit several people in an aggressive incident which started on a bus.
Ahmad Alipour was on a First Bus on the evening of April 24, 2024.
While driving on St George's Road, the driver noticed him behaving in a disorderly manner.
He stopped the bus and asked the 31-year-old to leave, as the other passengers were scared.
Police were called and arrived around 6.45pm. They saw Alipour standing at the bus stop, shouting at the stationary bus.
They approached him and saw he was frothing at the mouth.
Cops told him he was under arrest. When he heard this, he resisted.
Officers tried to handcuff him but he pulled away. Police struggled to get the handcuffs on.
Alipour was taken to the ground and he spat on an officer’s arm.
He was tensing his whole body as they continued to struggle to restrain him.
The Cranhill resident bit one cop on the left leg.
Assistance was called for as police tried to take Alipour away. He opened his mouth and bit another officer to the right forearm.
Cops tried to stop him but he continued his behaviour, lashing out, causing another officer bruising on his arms.
At 7pm, more emergency workers came to restrain him and a spit hood and fast straps were applied.
The officers who were bitten were taken to hospital and Alipour was taken to the cell van, where he continued being volatile and unpredictable.

He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to seven charges including assault, behaving aggressively, resisting arrest, shouting and uttering abusive remarks.
His lawyer told the court: "This is reprehensible conduct.
"He has some context to his behaviour. He appears remorseful and his explanation is that he drank a considerable amount of whiskey.
"He has not drunk since then because he is aware of how he acted. He has no other outstanding matters. He is categorised as low-risk."
Alipour was tagged for six months, requiring him to stay at home between 7pm and 7am.
