A Glasgow man spat on a woman at a Gerry Cinnamon gig after "folk went for his bird".
Gary McConway was at the event at Hampden Stadium on July 16, 2022.
Around 9.30pm, he got into an argument with a woman.
During this, the 20-year-old spat on her. She left the area.
Stewards saw the incident and called police but the woman was not traced.
When cops arrived, McConway told them: “I did spit on her but folk went for my bird”.
He was cautioned and charged.

The Carntyne resident appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to assaulting the woman.
His lawyer said at the hearing: "He is aware this is a serious matter."
Sheriff Vincent Lunny remarked: "Spitting is a disgusting assault.
"It is not diplomatic at all."
The solicitor continued: "He feels terrible. He was heavily intoxicated. He told the social worker that he doesn’t drink anymore.
"He is subject to a community payback order. He is under supervision and he is doing unpaid work.
"He is aware custody could be an option and he is keen to do the alternative."
The sheriff said: "This assault by spitting on a woman is disgusting. This is an offence people go to jail for."
McConway was tagged for 18 weeks for this offence and a further two weeks for a failure to appear charge which he also admitted.
This will force him to stay at his home between 7pm and 7am.
