An 'avoid the area' warning has been issued amid an ongoing police incident in Glasgow.
Cops say Bowfield Road in Penilee is currently closed due to a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
The incident took place at around 3.35am this morning (Thursday, August 22).

Due to it, officers are urging drivers to 'avoid the area'.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Bowfield Drive in Penilee is currently closed following a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
