Historic vacant Glasgow offices in the city centre could be turned into student flats.
A planning application has been submitted to transform the building at 250 St Vincent Street into a 150-bed accommodation.
The structure was built in 1878 and is category B listed. It historically housed a hotel and has been empty since 2018.
Documents stated: "In its current form as an office, the property has been actively and extensively marketed. Despite this, there has been no interest from prospective tenants."

According to the bid, the seven-story building would be "sensitively restored" and converted into a 148-room student housing scheme.
Plans would "celebrate and enhance" the existing elements.
Inside, studio, duplex and twin rooms are proposed, along with lounge and lobby areas, a gym, a fitness room, study rooms and laundry rooms and more.
Glasgow City Council planning officials are considering the application and a decision is expected by Tuesday, October 1.
