A 'cosy' new pub opening in Glasgow promises to 'bring something different' to the city's food and drink scene.

The French Horn officially opens at 508 Great Western Road on Thursday, August 22, replacing The Bakehouse which suddenly shut in July after two years.

Two big names in the hospitality industry are embarking on this new venture: Paul Sloan and Neil Morrison.

Completing the menu is a range of 15 wines by the glass, crémants and champagnes as well as French beers, a whisky range and a cocktail menu.
