Braehead has shared a throwback to when Oasis performed at their arena over 20 years ago.

The huge news broke on Tuesday that brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher were getting the band back together for a reunion tour in 2025.

It's the first time we'll see the Manchester group on stage together since 2009, and it will surely prompt nostalgic memories for many music fans.

With that in mind, the team at Braehead took a dive into their archives and dug out an old concert ticket.

They shared an image of the ticket for an Oasis gig at Braehead Arena on November 14, 2002.

The ticket cost £28.50 and was part of the band's Heathen Chemistry tour.

According to Concert Archives, they played songs including Go Let It Out, Columbia, Cigarettes & Alcohol and Live Forever to name a few.

Sadly Oasis will not be returning to Braehead or Glasgow, but Glaswegians won't have far to travel to see them at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium on either August 8 or 9, 2025.

Tickets go on sale on Saturday, August 31 at 9am BST.
