999 crews raced to an incident at Motherwell train station last night.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said they were called to a fire within a train carriage at the station on Wednesday, September 5.
Fire teams were alerted to the blaze at around 9.45pm.
Three fire trucks were sent to the scene. After that, crews then worked to make the area safe before leaving.

A spokesperson for the SFRS said: “We were alerted at 9.45pm on Wednesday, 5 September to reports of a fire within a train carriage at Motherwell Train Station.
“Operations Control mobilised three appliances to the scene.
“Crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
