An 'avoid the area' warning has been issued as part of a busy Glasgow road will be closed next week.
Nitshill Road in the Southside will be shut between the M77 southbound Junction 3 (Nitshill Interchange) off-slip and Leggatston Drive from 8pm on Wednesday, September 11 until 6am on Thursday, September 12.
The road will also be closed from 8pm on Thursday, September 12 to 6am on Friday, September 13.
Meanwhile, traffic exiting the M77 southbound Junction 3 off-slip will be banned from turning onto Nitshill Road.

The restrictions and closures will be in place to allow carriageway resurfacing and road marking reinstatement works.
During the works, drivers are being urged to 'avoid the area'.
Glasgow City Council says a diversion will be in place for motorists.
