A Still Game legend has raved about the 'great' food he tried at a Glasgow food stall.

Greg Hemphill, better known to fans as Victor McDade in the comedy series, visited the street food court Dockyard Social over the weekend.

During his time there, he enjoyed some 'great' nachos from a Mexican food stall, Chloe Coooks.

The business specialises in nachos, tacos and sides and is based at the food court from Fridays to Sundays.

Greg shared a selfie with staff and wrote that they were a 'lovely team'. 

Chloe Coooks added that they were serving 'legends' only after serving the comedy icon.

It comes after we reported that Greg's co-star Gavin Mitchell, aka Boaby the Barman, was spotted at a festival in the city this weekend.

The actor was seen performing on stage with Colonel Mustard and the Dijon Five at the Footbridge Festival in Govan which celebrated the long-awaited opening of the Govan-Partick bridge.

The band, who hail from Glasgow, took to the festival stage alongside artists like The Red Hot Chilli Pipers and Horse McDonald. 

Mitchell has been a long-time friend of the band and plays with them at times - including Saturday.
