A young boy was hit by a van on a busy road in Paisley.
The incident took place on King Street in the town shortly after 3pm on Tuesday, September 3.
During the collision, officers say the youngster was on a bike crossing the road when he was struck by a white Berlingo van causing him to fall to the ground.

Following that, the occupants of the motor got out to check on the boy before driving off.
The child then attended hospital for treatment and was later discharged.
Before the crash, the young boy was in the company of a girl, however, she was not involved in the incident.
Now, police have said they were not made aware of the collision until Wednesday, September 4, and cops have been carrying out an investigation since.
From enquiries carried out so far, the occupants of the car were men and were wearing purple tops.
Meanwhile, officers believe several members of the public witnessed the incident.
The force is urging anyone with information on the crash to get in touch.

Constable Renee Aitken said: “We need to ascertain exactly what has happened and I am appealing to anyone who was in the King Street area at the time of the incident to contact us.
"Your information could be vital in helping us establish the full circumstances, so please do get in touch.”
A spokesperson for Police Scotland added: "Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2296 of September 4, 2024."
