Two people have been arrested after an 'incident' in Coatbridge.
Officers stopped a motor on Sikeside Street in the town at around 1pm on Friday, September 13.
Following that, a 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were arrested in connection with alleged police assault and disorder offences.
An investigation is underway.

After the 'incident', police say two officers suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 1pm on Friday, September 13, 2024, officers stopped a car on Sikeside Street, Coatbridge.
"A 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with police assault and disorder offences and enquiries are ongoing.
"Two officers suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment."
