A Glasgow road was closed for around four hours due to a building fire.
Emergency services shut down Crossloan Street in the city's Govan at 5.40pm on Saturday, September 14.
The road between Elderpark Street and Uist Street was closed.
Glasgow City Council said this was due to a building on fire.
A police diversion had been in place and drivers were being urged to avoid the area.
An update was issued by the roads department at 9.25pm that the area had reopened.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they sent four appliances to the scene at around 5.25pm.
Crews left the scene at around 9.15pm and no casualties were reported.
Meanwhile, police were made aware of the incident at around 5.30pm.
They revealed that the fire took hold at a flat and one person was looked over for smoke inhalation.
Investigations were carried out and it was established no crime had taken place.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.30pm on Saturday, 14 September, 2024, we were called to a report of a fire at a flat on Crossloan Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended, and the fire was extinguished.
“One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
“Following enquiries, no criminality has been established.”
