A Glasgow dad called the cops on his children who were at a party in his home.
Officers attended a Croftfoot address at 00.40am on August 15, 2022, after a report of a disturbance.
They found Christopher Taylor and several others inside the property. They were all intoxicated.
The tenant, Taylor's dad, told police via phone call to remove everyone except his son.
At 2am, however, the dad called police again and asked for his son to be removed as well, so cops returned.
Taylor allowed them access after speaking to his father on the phone. He was asked to get his belongings and leave.
He agreed at first but then started shouting and swearing at police and challenging them to a fight.
He said: “F*** off, I am not leaving. If you want me out, you will have to drag me out” and “Come at me”.
The 27-year-old was cautioned and forcibly removed. He had to be taken to the ground and handcuffed due to his behaviour.
In the back of the cell van, he kicked out his legs.

Taylor, of Thornliebank, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court after he pleaded guilty to aggressive behaviour, resisting arrest and assaulting police.
His solicitor told the court: "He is very reflective of his behaviour. He has engaged in a discussion with the social worker.
"He had been staying at his father’s address while [the father] was on holiday. His younger sister had a party. Police came to stop the party after the father became annoyed.
"My client had drunk alcohol. He was struggling with alcohol misuse. He advises that his alcohol use is no longer an issue.
"He is undertaking casual employment."
Sheriff Jonathan Guy sentenced Taylor to one year of supervision and ordered him to complete 120 hours of unpaid within a year.
A review will be carried out in three months, his previous order was revoked.
