A cute group of otters have been pictured in a river at a popular Glasgow park.
The adorable creatures were spotted in the water at Pollok Park in the city's Southside recently.
Announcing their visit to the much-loved green space, Pollok Country Park Friends Group shared snaps captured by one of their members of the animals.

NatureScot - Scotland's Nature Agency - estimates there are around 8,000 otters across the country.

In the post, the group said: "Hot off the press!
"Some photos taken by Blythe Lindsay of Pollok Park's resident otters having a wee meal this morning.
"They've been successfully breeding in the river and have been around for a few years at least.
"There are more otters in the city waterways as the quality of the water has improved.
"They can be seen anywhere along the river and have been seen in the park often."
