The Dalmarnock resident appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to being in possession of the two substances with intent to supply.
His lawyer said: "He is currently the subject of a structural deferred sentence. He has a further hearing in November. There are concerns about his engagement."
Sheriff Mary Shields observed: "These are significant charges. It’s very clear to me that he is a very vulnerable person.
"He has been involved in serious offences and organised crime. The matters are very serious indeed.
“It's a significant amount of drugs.”
She then turned to Siddiqi and told him: "You are very young and have your whole life ahead of you.
"You have been subject to very traumatic events.
"I suspect that you have been used by some people."
Siddiqi was sentenced to one year of supervision and was ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
