A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Hamilton.
The 38-year-old was struck on Hillhouse Road in the town on Tuesday.
999 crews were called to the scene at around 8.30pm.
He was taken to Wishaw General Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, we received a report of a crash involving a car and a male pedestrian on Hillhouse Road, Hamilton.
“Emergency services attended and the 38-year-old man was taken to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment."
