A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Hamilton.
The 38-year-old was struck on Hillhouse Road in the town on Tuesday.
Emergency services crews were called to the scene at around 8.30pm.
He was taken to University Hospital Wishaw to be treated for his injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, we received a report of a crash involving a car and a male pedestrian on Hillhouse Road, Hamilton.
“Emergency services attended and the 38-year-old man was taken to University Hospital Wishaw for treatment."
