A retailer that has been going strong for 50 years is opening a new branch in Glasgow city centre.

Travel money provider eurochange will occupy an empty unit at 151 Sauchiehall Street, providing locals with a variety of foreign currency services.

At the branch, which covers around 500 square feet, shoppers can enjoy the convenience of Click & Collect in 60 seconds, a next-day home delivery service and accessing the market’s widest range of currencies.

The Stevenage-based company has half a century of experience in foreign exchange and operates over 240 branches across the UK.

It comes after we reported that eurochange had opened a store in Silverburn shopping centre in March.

Roy McConnell, who is the operations director at eurochange, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be opening a new eurochange branch on Sauchiehall Street, continuing to bring our trusted and expert foreign exchange services to Glasgow.

"Our commitment is to provide our customers with exceptional value through competitive rates and a range of travel services, as well as by going above and beyond when it comes to the quality of support they receive from our team.

“This new location represents our ongoing dedication to growth and excellence, and we look forward to serving Glasgow’s foreign currency needs with the highest standards."

The new branch can be found at 151 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G2 3EW.
