A man is due in court after allegedly being found with a knife in Bellshill.
Officers stopped the 40-year-old on Obriston Drive at around 9pm on Friday, September 27.
The force says they found him to be in possession of a lockback knife.
He was arrested and charged in connection with the alleged incident and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland Lanarkshire said: "About 9pm on September 27, 2024, the priority policing team from Wishaw stopped a 40-year-old male in possession of a lockback knife on Orbiston Drive, Bellshill.
"The male was arrested and charged with the offence and will be appearing at court on a later date."
