The return of Slug and Lettuce to Glasgow has taken a new step forward.
A planning application to put signage up on the former Missoula building in the city centre has been submitted.
According to the papers, Slug and Lettuce plans to take over the bar venue.

Last month, the Glasgow Times reported that the popular chain placed adverts on the Bath Street building, indicating the move.
Text on the windows suggested the new venue will open on October 18.
The previous Slug and Lettuce spot, on St Vincent Street, closed in January 2023, after having served customers there since 2015.
Slug and Lettuce operates dozens of bars across the UK, including in two Edinburgh.
The first branch opened in Islington in 1985.
