A woman shouted and swore at her neighbour while in line for the ice cream truck.
Janine Craig was on Westburn Road in Cambuslang at 7pm on August 28, 2024.
She was behind her neighbour in the queue for the ice cream truck with her young daughter.
Craig said: “Look at the f****** face on her”.
The woman asked her not to swear because “there are children present”.
But Craig, 45, continued swearing as her neighbour walked around her on the way home.
A member of the public was watching from the living room window and went to the street. She saw Craig shouting and swearing at the woman.
Craig called the police. When they arrived, there was nothing ongoing.
Officers reviewed the 999 call, where Craig could be heard shouting and swearing. She was asked several times to calm down and stop.
She was arrested, cautioned and charged. She replied: “As long as you will speak to them.”

The Cambuslang resident appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after she pleaded guilty to behaving in an aggressive manner.
Her lawyer said: "Her relationship with the complainer is in the report. The neighbours have now moved from that area. There have been no more disturbances.
"She does show remorse and regret. She knows her behaviour was inappropriate.
"She comes before the court for the first time. She wants to put this behind her."
Sheriff Anna Reid deferred sentence for four months for good behaviour.
