A beer society has announced the full line-up for its festival.

The Glasladies Beer Society will host its Beer is for Everyone festival on November 16 at the Drygate Brewery, Glasgow, from 2pm to 9pm.

The event is part of the group's fifth birthday celebrations.

Glasgow breweries Simple Things Fermentations, Dookit Brewing Co., Overtone, and Up Front Brewing will be joined by Fierce Beer and Fyne Ales.

Lost & Grounded Brewers and The First & Last Brewery will travel from England, and Edinburgh's Closet Brewing will make its Glasgow festival debut.

Jump Ship Brewing, crowned Small Brewery of the Year at the 2024 Scottish Beer Awards, will provide a range of low/no ABV beers.

Aeble Cider, Scotland's first cider bottle shop, will run a cider bar.

The festival will also feature voting for Best Festival Beer and Best Festival Dog.

Organiser Jennifer D said: "Several folk brought their dogs along to previous events and they were all such a delight to have around.

"We hope that the tournament will draw in more beer and dog lovers and add a little bit of healthy competition for the participating breweries, and a lot of light-hearted fun for attendees."

Festival-goers can also participate in a fundraising raffle with all proceeds going to Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) and The Women’s Centre, Glasgow.

Raffle donations are still open and tickets for the festival are on sale now.
